What are the delivery times?
All our canvases are produced and shipped by our partner Printful, a specialist in print-on-demand.
The total time between your order and receiving your canvas is generally between 7 and 15 working days.
This includes production, which takes approximately 2 to 5 working days , as well as the standard delivery offered, guaranteed in 5 to 10 working days in mainland France.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to Europe, including mainland France.
We offer free standard delivery for all orders in Europe.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for all orders, in mainland France and Europe.
No additional fees will be charged at the time of ordering or delivery.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website (DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.).
If you have any questions or problems regarding the tracking, our customer service team is available to assist you.

What is a print-on-demand canvas?
A printed-on-demand canvas means that each product is made especially for you, only after your order has been validated.
This helps to limit waste, guarantee the uniqueness of each canvas, and ensure careful and personalized manufacturing.
How are your canvases made?
Our canvases are printed using giclée printing technology on high-quality materials, guaranteeing vibrant colors and excellent durability. Each canvas is then stretched and mounted by hand on a sturdy wooden frame for a flawless finish.
Do you offer custom sizes for the canvases?
We offer several standard sizes for our canvases, but we do not currently offer custom sizes. You can visit the product page to see all available sizes and choose the one that best suits your needs.

Where are the canvases printed?

Returns and Refunds
Can I return a painting if I change my mind?
Since our canvases are printed especially for you after each order, we do not accept returns for personal reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size.
We therefore invite you to carefully check the details of your order before confirming it.
What should I do if my canvas is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective canvas, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at canvart.contact.store .
Please attach a photo of the product in question so that we can arrange a quick replacement or refund.
How can I get a refund?
If your canvas is defective or damaged, you can request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 7 days of receipt.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days .
Can I cancel or modify my order after I've placed it?
Since all our canvases are printed on demand by our partner Printful, production begins quickly after your order is confirmed. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
If you wish to attempt a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible; we will do our best to help you, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery problems
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe, first check the tracking of your package via the confirmation email.
If the problem persists or your package appears to be lost, please contact us promptly. We will get in touch with our partner Printful to investigate and find a suitable solution.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with our partner Printful and the carrier to locate your parcel or arrange for a new shipment if necessary.
Payment and invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secure.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order is confirmed. The amount will then be debited immediately.
Can I get an invoice?
After your order, you will automatically receive a detailed summary by email, which serves as proof of purchase.
